When it comes to photo shopping people I have to agree with what the women said; "After seeing yourself look like this you realize how much your imperfections really mean." When you really look at you find some really fake people. You look at magazine covers and start to really see how fake these people can get. They have no wrinkles, no pimples, just clear skin and a fake smile that probably took them around 100 pictures to get right.
All it does is make people expect more than they can get. They're changing the public to not only think that looks are the only thing that matters but it's make people think that the "normal" is the perfect and the abnormal is the people with these imperfections. All it's doing is making people (mostly men) think that the best will be waiting for them right around the corner when that is of course not true. Things to remember:
